Buyer protection
Buyer protection holds your Marketplace payment until you confirm the item you received matches its listing.
Buyer protection keeps your payment held securely until you confirm your order. After an order is marked delivered, you have 24 hours to confirm receipt or raise a dispute. Without a dispute, the payment is released to the vendor automatically.
